Return Shipping Costs

  • Refund Processing: 5–10 Business Days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details regarding the issue.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect the package

may be subject to return shipping fees and handling charges, which may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.
